Mweb is the worst service provider!!!

MWeb is the absolute worst service provider. I opened an account with them 12 Desember 2022 and I still do not have wifi. They double debit me for a reca delivery fee and can't even say when they will refund me. Also trying to phone for technical support is a mission impossible because they put you through to wrong divisions and take forever to answer. I want my money back. They are the worst!!!!!!
