MWEB IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Mweb is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. I joined with them in December only to cancel in January of 2023 as I was not provided with the services I was paying for. I got the proof of cancellation reference and spoke to a gentleman after having to be transferred to multiple different departments and wasting R100’s of rands on airtime trying to sort out the issues and find out why I wants provided with services I was paying for. Mweb still deducted money from me a month after I had cancelled. I then had to phone in and call again only to be told that accounts was going to refund my money, which they never did. The customer service was absolutely appalling! Now after months of cancellation and proof of cancellation reference, I am receive messages and calls and a summons to pay an amount of R4288! Which I will not be held liable for due to the fact that Mweb staff are ***********! Worst service provider I have ever encountered! Absolutely disgusting!
