Mweb is the worst provider

I have been with Mweb for awhile now and they giving more issues than anything.. in Upington they have partnered with evotel to do their maintenance but when the fibre is down they take weeks to restore it. Its excuses after excuses but still nothing gets done.!!! Trying to get hold of them is a nightmare ive been struggling for 4 days.. i got through to a female named nazrie and when requesting to speak to a manager she said the manager Oliver just stepped into a meeting when asking to speak to the operations manager he to was in a “meeting”.. and no resolution was given pathetic.. worst customer service
