Mweb is the worst ISP in the country

There needs to be a 0 rating. This company does not deserve even a single rating let alone half.

After explaining to them that My subscription (R549pm) was incorrectly and abruptly cancelled despite the debit order being processed on 26 January. I was then required to make an additional payment on 17 February in order to have the service reconnected.

At the time of reconnection, I was informed that I would receive a refund for the remaining portion of the service period that had been incorrectly cancelled, as payment had already been made.

However, instead of receiving the promised refund, my account was debited again on 26 February for R144.39.

This is now the second billing issue on the account, and it raises serious concern.

Now I’m being transferred from one representative to another without anyone taking responsibility for my issue nor showing any sign they know what they’re doing all while being kept on hold for over an hour trying to get assistance.

They are the absolute worst. I urge people to refrain from this company.
