MWEB is the WORST ISP in SA - POOR SERVICE WITH ARROGANCE

This is the worst ISP in SA. I have been calling MWEB for 2-weeks now. I have paid the connection fee after placing the order since Monday. Everytime I call I am told to wait 24-48 hours for internet connection. What gets me is the arrogance of the call centre agents I speak to, they are so not bothered. I need the internet to work.
