MWEB IS THE WORST ISP

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!

I received an sms to say my services have been terminated BUT YOU IDIOTS ARE STILL BILLING ME!!!

I WANT A CONFIRMATION OF CANCELATION

Please confirm this as I no longer want services with MWEB

This is absolutely frustrating, they do not respond to emails neither do they take any calls. We cannot connect with another ISP now as these Idiots MWEB still are active on our Fibre line, yet they terminated our contract but still billing us and we have NO WIFI SINCE WE RECEIVED THE TERMINATION SMS!!!!!

WE WANT A CONFIRMATION OF CANCELATION RIGHT NOW AND OUR BILL TO BE WRITTEN OFF!!!!!
