MWEB is the worst ISP

MWEB has proved once again why they are appalling wrt customer service. Their total disregard for loyal customers was evident again when I requested a transfer of account to another property. They took week and half to activate my account. In this time I spent in excess of 6 hours in total just holding on to speak to a consultant and in most cases just got cut off. Never as call back to inform me of reasons why they not connecting my WIFI line, nor call back from supervisor as I requested. Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Who allows a customer to hang on to speak to them for up to an hour and more? Avoid using MWEB!!! How they call themselves #1 Internet provider is beyond comprehension.
