Mweb is the worst ISP

Mweb is so full of ****. I have registered for a fibre line, which i app**** for a 50Mbs download and 25Mbs upload and paying for, however they have given me 25Mbs download line and no one is assisting me for more than a week now. From my first call they said 24/48 hrs however its been 7 days still no help. Everytime i phone, they put me on hold or cut the call purposly. I am tired of Mweb they are one of the worst ISP. I am now going to the customer protection act.
