MWEB is the worst ISP

MWEB is the worst. I have been having an issue with my connection as it keeps on lagging. I contacted Mweb more than 10 times and also sent them a tweet yet they still have not resolved it. Vumatel said Mweb never bothered to raise the issue with them as an infrastructure provider. I am so disappointed as I never miss my payments but I am not getting the service I pay for.
