MWEB IS THE WORST!

MWEB's Service is extremely poor. I haven't had service because they switched off my wifi because of a poorly consolidated statement and each department I speak to gives me a different amount that I should be paying while some departments say my account is up to date. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?!!!!! Is there anyone in finance that is actually qualified for the Job? The account's team hung up while I was explaining my query and their online ticket system is handled by ghosts because none of the ticket I have raised have been responded to AT ALL since August.

There is no official email to contact these people and now I have to go digging for their Management on LinkedIn which is extremely unprofessional. I have raised an ISPA case but I just wanted to put this here as well because MWEB is the WORST!!!!!

Just cancel my service and come fetch your **** already!
