Mweb. Is the worst

This is the worst mweb...I have a app it was showing me to pay R519...I had 550 in my account they tried to debit 719...not sure why but debit never went off ...on the 1st was a holiday I saw the email on the 3rd of this month I am handed over had to pay R850 IN TOTAL ....AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS DONE I AM RUNNING AS FAR AS Possible AWAY FROM MWEB THEY DONT EVEN CALL U OF THERE IS A PROBLEM ...YOU WILL TRY YO Phone THEM BUT YOUR MINUTES OR AIRTIME Always GETS FINISH ...AND WEN YOU CHAT WITH THEM THROUGH THE APP OR What's APP THEY DONT REPLY ... PLEASE I ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY From MWEB..no customer service from the time I have been a customer
