Mweb is the worst

Hi so my payments is a debit order every 1st of the new month in October payment goes and 2 days later they cancell my line and i have no fibre all month so i pay again and request a refund for the month of october and its almost end november and no refund they keep telling me it is vuma fault and they will handle it after a month nothing has veen sorted and i cant get hold of them and no feed back Mweb is the worst do not sign up with them......
