Mweb is the worst

Mweb is the worst service provider.Their aftersales service is terrible to say the least.We had connection problems and they were never resolved.Eventually we cancelled the fibre contract and tried to use another service provider.The installer informed us that Mweb had not released our fibre line.We contacted them again and they claimed it was released.They have been ignoring emails and are not helpful.Basically we are being treated like trash.Because we are not with them anymore they are holding us hostage
