MWEB is the worst

MWEB has been ridiculous, my brother ordered and pre-payed for an LTE wifi sim and we have been waiting for over 2 months to have this sim delivered, when we call we wait for 40-60 minutes on hold before speaking to anyone and when we speak to someone they say 5-7 days, but nothing happens. This is the worst service I have ever received. We then ordered a sim from RAIN and 48 hr later it was delivered.
