Mweb is the pits

I have been trying for weeks on end to get assistance to sort my account out. Today after 4 weeks I finally connected with an agent via the chat function. After an hour of explaining my problem she doesn’t understand what I’m saying, closes the chat because i didn’t respond within 5 mins and I couldn’t connect with another agent after that. I have tried calling the customer service, tried going to Mweb where I was turned away and tried reaching out via social media. Mweb is by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.
