Mweb is the pits

I spoke to an mweb representative this morning wanting to open an mweb account. However when i asked him about current email problems he told me they were fixed. After a while i pointed out to him that he was lying and the problems have not been fixed. He just put the phone down in my ear. Also the number i was given for the sales manager does not get any response. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.
