Mweb is the pits!

I ordered fiber over a mont ago. Waited the 14 days to be told when the line was going to be installed, it never came. After the 14 days and seeing on the website that the line was ready to installed, I called mweb everyday to ask what was happening, with no assistance. I have sent tweets and been asked to send my detail via private message, which I did twice but there was still no assistance. I asked for the fiber to be canceled so I can move to another service provider and still no assistance. I need WiFi for my work and mweb has cost me thousands. It’s the 13 April and still no assistance. They say they will call but never do, instead they ha e the audacity to send you a message saying that they have called when they haven’t. I would never recommend mweb to anyone, even when you call, you wait for a while to get “help” and they never seem to know what is going on. Mweb is the pits.
