MWEB is the most USELESS internet provider EVER

MWEB is the most USELESS internet provider EVER. My wifi has been saying no internet connection since this morning. I need to work and I am sitting without internet. I have been trying to get hold of mweb since this morning. I am now on hold for 30 minutes and even chatting to them on their website is the worse no assistance. Can Mweb please get in contact with me this is very frustrating
