MWEB IS TERRIBLE!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would! My mom has passed on a year and half ago. Ever since then I have been trying to help my dad do a change of ownership. I have sent the documents they told me to send not once, not twice, but 4 TIMES!! And yet they managed to LOSE all the confidential documents with the same **** story everytime. Then they tell me they need an OTP sent to my late mother's phone number after I told them 10000 times I do not have access to her phone nor her email any longer. And whenever I try to get an agent I have to explain the story to 10 different agents and STILL no one can help me!!! Not only that, we have to pay 2 payments for ONE MONTH wifi usage. MWeb has the most PATHETIC AND TERRIBLE services!! I wanted to terminate our line but that also is almost impossible. The more we tell them She's dead, the more they want an "OTP". Mweb has the most terrible terrible TERRIBLE service that could Ever exist in all wifi services. They do not care about their customers. And they don't have the decency to pick up a phone like other providers do such as Afrihost to help their customers But can't take their payment fast enough every month! You need to wait almost 2 hours for an agent on live chat. Disappointed in MWeb. Pathetic to say the least!
