Mweb is terrible

I have never been so frustrated in my entire life!

They installed on Saturday and said I’d get a call in a few hours from maintenance… that didn’t happen Tuesday they delivered the router. I have been on the WhatsApp line everyday asking for progress on my ticket and the agents are so rude when responding back. I called on Wednesday and I was told the very same thing that maintenance guys will call me, I still haven’t received the call. I get an email to say my router is now active. I try to login, the network is not working. I work from home, how am I supposed to continue working if my internet is not working???? I honestly hoped for a better experience with you guys but I’m so disappointed and frustrated!
