Mweb is so useless they can't even release a line after cancelation

I canceled my fibre line with Mweb on the 30th of September and got my confirmation of the cancellation. Today is the 7th of November and they still haven't released my line, I called them twice to confirm the line has been released I even asked for an early release but they said that the release is already in process and they can change anything yet.

The irony here is that the reason I decided to cancel Mweb was the lack of service delivery I received from Mweb every time I logged a call. After holding ten minutes I decided to post a review.
