MWEB IS SHOCKINGLY USELESS

Mweb 😡 the absolute WORST service provider EVER 😡

After 2 hours on the phone and speaking to over 10 consultants my issue has not been resolved.

I have had the same cell phone number for more than 15 years and they have the wrong cell phone number on record 😡

I cannot receive or send e-mails “and their easy to follow online help” is completely and utterly useless. I have no idea how to resolve this situation 😡
