So contacted MWEB for a fiber line and all went very well as they say around 14 days before installation occurs. But then what they don't tell you is that if you live in a complex its 2 to 4 months for that to happen and then as well you must make all the arrangements as they do not do that. Please MWEB start speaking the truth from the beginning to the clients don't spin a story just to make a sale. Pathetic. Then try call to speak to the management impossible they too good to speak to clients. Thanks for nothing just cancelled as your company is just like all the others out there big advertising with very small customer service.
