Mweb is robbing people and they lie

In September 2018 I am not sure of the exact i decided to get wifi (fibre) via Mweb.

I app**** and I was told to pay a certain amount upfront I think it was about R1000. They then came , installed and activated my fibre services.

I had to move house on 1st Feb 2019 so i made Mweb aware. They told me it was okay but my fibre would no longer be under OpenServe because the area I moved to uses Vumatel.

They again came and installed fibre at my new residence and all was okay until the end of February when they tried to debit over R4000 from my account. I called and emailed and I was told that a certain amount would be written off and the debit order would be adjusted accordingly. i was promised that come end of March the debit order would be as per normal. At the end of March they tried to debit over R5000.

It was returned and I called Mweb, I was then told that there was a cancellation fee for my previous house hold and installation at the new home.

i then said nope...cancel everything and collect your everything from my home, i want nothing to do with MWEB.

I was told the services would be cancelled within 24- 48 hrs and i could then continue with a new ISP but that never happened. Today i have called Mweb and I've gotten no answers. Instead the person that was assisting me was so confused that she said she will call me back....she doesnt know "how this works"

Mweb what you are doing is day light *******...who has R6000 to pay for just fibre.
