Yes, please answer your phones.I am currently receiving 10Mbps download and 2Mbps upload however I am paying R659 per month and have been paying this since 2015 despite the fact that this service only costs R399? My package doesn't actually exist. I have tried to 'downgrade' to the cheaper package or upgrade to one that costs R40 more and doubles my speed but your system does not allow a suburb to be entered and as a result I cannot get past this 'order' step. I have also phoned on several occasions and sent numerous queries over the past 5 days also to no avail as nobody responds. Short of cancelling my 20 year long subscription I have no idea where to from here.
