MWEB IS REALLY ****TY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Mweb Fibre installation suckes....

I ordered Fibre through Mweb the R499 10mbps download 2mbps upload in November 2019 online. Was phoned back 13 November 2019 and order was confirmed and was said would be installed in 14 days. Which was supposed to be 27/28 November before Black Friday.

Still no installation. In August 2020 Mweb through email stated my order was now cancelled without a reason or one call even.

My problem now is that I can't order fibre from another isp, as the current order is still active against my address. Poor service. No online email service and they never created an account form me to complain or sort out any problem via support.
