MWEB IS PROBLEMATIC I KEEP HAVING ISSUES WITH NETWORK CABLE SINCE SIGNING UP

I am currently experiencing outage on my wifi. I work remotely and have logged this again on ref number **********1. I have this problem a few months ago and have requested that a technician be sent out to tend to the problem. I had no wifi for 2 weeks yet the company refused to credit me and still charged me a full month of wifi usage when they were at fault for not fixing the problem. When I had this issue before the company made no effort to get in contact with me to provide feeback despite knowing that I work remotely and that this needed to be treated as urgently and swiftly as possible. I am at my wits end with the disappointing services that Mweb and Vumatel has given.
