Mweb is pathetic

So I had a previous contract with Mweb in 2023 and it expired in December 2024. So my services were then cancelled. I app**** again and was told I need to pay an initiation fee of R249 and I made a deposit of R575 and still had a credit on my account. I told the sales agent that I do not need a router because I already have 1. A router was sent out and I didn't accept because I didn't ask for it. I called in march because they said I was owing them yet my account was paid up to date. They cut my services because of their issue and I've been calling for 2 days they transfer your calls or drop you calls you hold on for 30 minutes. I spent about R300 airtime waisting my time calling you'll. Nobody calls back. I'm very disgusted by the service of mweb.
