Mweb is pathetic

My friend has internet with mweb, it is on his x's name but he pays the account. We have not had wifi since Thursday. We have been on call after call after call and they can not assist us. We requested a change of ownership 3 weeks ago and filled in the forms and sent them back and up till now nothing has been done. We cant get a new service.provider as the.line first has to be cancelled. They cant send a tech out coz the x has to request it ( no contact is permitted between her and him). So now we sit. Absolutely pathetic
