MWEB is PATHETIC and do not have a care in the World

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would without a doubt. They offer absolutely NO assistance on any matter at all. You log a query and will only reply and try assist DAYS later or just tell you they do not see an issue and close the query. IT IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Will definitely be cancelling my contract with them as soon as my signed period is done and will honestly not miss them at all. My speed is also not even a 1/4 of the speed that I pay for and they keep on telling me they do not see an issue. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic
