MWEB IS PATHETIC

MWEB doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating to be completely honest because they are **** of a company who train their agents to LIE and LIE and LIE!! The service I received from this company is absolutely appalling!! From the first phone call when they were convincing me to go with them up until I cancelled ****erally a week later due to the service) has just been a nightmare.

I called countless times, agents dropping the phone on me when I try to log a cancellation and that wasn't the end. They make promises and consecutively FAIL TO DELIVER and when you follow up with them they throw you from one department to the next for the agent who is FINALLY supposed to assist you to pretend they cannot hear you and drop the line!!!

I have SOO MUCH HATE for this company!! They told me to expect my refund in 15 working days and on day 15(3 weeks later) I've had 3 agents in their sales support team hang up on me!!! ****** disrespectful ****S I'm sick and tired and would advise you to RUN at the sight of the words MWEB. Any other service provider is better. They are the bottom of the barrel!!! With below the gutter service
