Mweb is pathetic

Pathetic service. They did not deduct on the 26th i had to pay cash for it to be activated and yet my wifi is still not activated. Tried calling them i waisted 5 hours of holding on for agents transfer me to a number that drops. So who should i call now. My wifi line is dead for 5 day already but payment was made. Mweb be playing with my money
