Mweb is pathetic

Most horrible customer service. A new client to the fiber world and thus far only experienced problems with Mweb. Don't even bother to call them every time I call I wait for 30 min plus and the phone just cuts. Wait for ever for delivery of a router and all they have to say is its in the way... Mweb sucks
