Mweb is Pathetic

Good day

My girlfriend and I took out a contract via Openserv. We initially wasn't satisfied with the coverage and asked to cancel the service. We were told that that would occur the 31st of December 2024.

We in turn decided against cancelling and emailed Mweb again. We received a response acknowledging our email and was assigned a ticket number.

Today is the 5th of Jan 2025 and our account is inactive.

Wr have tried getting in touch since 9am this morning via phone calls emails and app with no response whatsoever.

Your service is pathetic. Even though we initially asked to cancel you acknowledge receiving the second email that we changed our minds but still deactivated the service
