MWEB is pathetic

Greetings everyone

I recently signed up with mweb, the consultants name was keenan(he blocked me on whattsapp after I told him about the coverage) . He told me that the product would work in my area, Stellendale Village, Kuilsriver, however after receiving my router, the highest speed I got was 3mbps. Between 6pm and 10pm.i get speeds of 0.07mbps. I have called mweb a lot of times and all they say is, reboot the router. It is simply not working.

I placed the simcard in my phone and drove a couple of kilometers away from my place, I ran a speed test and I got 20mbps.

Do not do business with mweb.

They are very quick to sell you a product but when it gives you a problem, they don't care.
