Mweb is pathetic!!!
Why is it so difficult to take out a contract from Mweb? I am sick of having to explain the company situation and taking out of Rain package each time I call!!
I am promised each time a return call then they end up calling the CEO when I left my number. How can so many people be so ***********. If you take down my number don't call another number. Its common sense!!
I called on Friday again and I am promised a call back when whoever gets back from a meeting but nothing to date. How long does this process to take out a simple contract?
I am left with questions as to why my work hasn't been done and contract from Mweb not up and running!!!
I would just say ***** this **** but unfortunately we have a company account with MWeb!!!
