MWEB IS PATHETIC!!!!

I recently moved from one complex to another which is merely 700m away from each other. I conformed to all the requests needed to move and sent my move request 2 weeks before the move. I dealt with someone by the name of Roshaan Tembo. Century City Connnect came through to the new premises and did their installation and 2 hours later I had connectivity. I was quite amazed at how quick and seamless it was UNTIL 4 days later when my connectivity was suspended. Why? Even every single person at MWEB does not know themselves. All because they changed the username and password for god knows what. I spent over R300 in airtime trying to speak to their *********** staff who are extremely quick and really talented at transferring calling to "someone who can assist" but only to find the call being cut a few seconds later. So basically in a nutshell MWEB took something that was working and broke it and now does not know how to fix it. I will NEVER use MWEB ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone either.
