Mweb is pathetic

So after I asked to upgrade , the deal was done in less than 12 hours . 2 days later my internet is down for 2 weeks . After struggling to get in contact with them and sending complaints they rep**** and a few days before I could use the line. Again since a week ago I filed a complaint that the latency is unbearable and no speed for online gaming , here I am almost a week later with the same issue that mweb cannot solve . Less than a day they will have you up on contract and after that you are on your own and that for their so called premium line that's double the price but you will be off with more issues
