Mweb is pathetic!!!

Worst company EVER to work with!!! NO feedback whatsoever. There's no way to contact them, apart from social media, which they NEVER respond to. They sent me a fibre router in June 2024, which never worked. I tried all the platforms, but haven't received any feeback. I cannot go on like this.

Stay as far away as possible from them - you will only be frustrated and pay for something that you won't be able to use.
