Mweb is pathetic
Absolute worst customer care ever!! They do not answer phone or reply to chat requests on the app. I am paying for a 100mbps line bit rarely achieve better than 20mbps. Yet they increased prices again. I want to cancel my contract but 100% impossible to talk to an agent. Asking them to call you is equally useless
