Mweb is not reliable

Very poor service since I have signed up there is issues. I even want to cancel my contract but they threatening me that I need to pay cancellation fees which i was never informed of ..I'm still unable to be connected to internet even now since 8am today the 6th f December 2024 and no one has çalled or even responded to my chats on their WhatsApp really pathetic this is the worst possible customer service i have ever received. Call centre lines cuts off 😭
