MWEB IS NOT ASSISTING OR RESPONDING NOT HAPPY

Good day we had a area problem which we were informed about on thursday in the afternoon was told its resolved but ever since then our wifi hasnt worked. The modem is green but there is a orange light on the router. We have emailed, gone on the app on queries and phoned. Hold on for over 10mins at our cost and then get cut off. Our account is paid as well and urgently need my service back but no one responds on any platform. Am not happy.
