Mweb is not an ISP

I was in the sad position to have Mweb as an ISP since 2021 - simply because they are of the ISP's that was listed by Vumatel, and I am stuck with Vumatel fiber-line-wise. In addition to numerous complaints since the minute I signed up with them in november 2021, even the final outstanding ticket before I ended my relationship with them, was also ignored. They simply provide zero service, zero communication, no accountability, no actual working internet and bad quality routers. Even when I got 'evidences' sent directly to them by Vumatel / Britelink / Coastal support, they did not provide any support. When my contract finally expired on April 30th, they failed to attend to ANY of my tickets, did not come to my premises to look at the supposed faulty router which Vumatel had identified to them as being faulty. I logged this as a legal case with both Vumatel's complaints department and Mweb and had sent through my requests and demands for compensation WELL in advance before they expired as my ISP, never having been on my premises to attend to ANY ticket since November 2021.
