Mweb is not a reliable intenet provider.

I had Mweb and I have moved house, I have contacted Mweb to move my fiber connection. Mweb come with all sorts of excuses about they are unable to put a fiber connection to the new property I am moving too. I asked them if i can rather go over to a LTE because they were struggling for 2 months to "fix" the problem. Mweb didn't give me a answer about the LTE so I had to get a other provider, now Mweb wants me to pay R2000 ? R2000 for what nog giving me a service and couldn't even help me with a LTE because they didn't do their work.
