Mweb is no better... such poor service

I app**** for Fibre week before last and cancelled my current ISP. I informed them that I would need to be connected in the next 10 days as my contract with rainn was terminated. They in did the installation a week later. Then they said I would get a call about the router delivery. I was proactive and called immediately after the installation to get the router (that was the 2nd of feb). The lady said the Courier would call me to deliver. It's the 7th, and I've heard nothing from them so I called. This time the lady I spoke to says she's just released the router on the system... WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE 5 DAYS AGO WHEN I CALLED????
