Mweb is more worried about R431 thann understaning the crisis they cause

I had a fibre account, on registration mweb allocated you a number whichg becomes your email log on say ********** - as no one uses such an email address you forced to then create an alias email that makes sense such a ********** So when I move house, I choose to stay with Mweb and Octotel. What a mistake, so they change my log one to ********** ********** charge me for the cancellation R431) and then move you across to new log on without warning you the alias emails are now gone. But then you try to use them again on the new number log on and you told you must wait 30 days for the old system log on to be released. ****** clients and SARS meails now bouncing as long as mweb collects R431 and a new installation fee. When you then call in, the idiots taking the call says but ********** is workiong why you moaning!? *** how stupid must you be to not knwo ********** is not ********** I never said the iafrica.com edition is not working I am phoning about mweb.co.z emails paifull rto deal with idiots but now sadly I signed up fopr another year and I must suffer idiots and brain dead fools for a year! Painful very painful but note to self: Never ever trust mweb to do things smoothly
