Mweb is misleading consumers

Mweb claims to have your Fibre connected within 14 days... Well it's a big hoax. I ordered my Mweb Fibre on 7th January 2020. The Fibre from the street into my complex and onto my building was connected in 21 days. Received a router and was told I will be connected in 5 working days. Waited until 26 Feb still nothing.. Made over 20 calls still no response eventually I cancelled my order. Very unfrofessional and misleading sales team.
