Mweb is ****ming it's customers

Either the sales team doesn't disclose the entire contract and its terms, or this is the company's tactic. I agreed to a month-to-month 40/20Mbps fibre deal with the Mweb sales team over the phone for R369, which was to be debited at the end of every month. Firstly, the price increased to R409 suddenly, and I wasn't informed of this. I called customer service and suggested they check the sales call recording to confirm what I had originally agreed to, but they refused and said there was nothing they could do (so basically I should take it or leave it). Secondly, they wanted to charge me R818 because apparently, Mweb bills one month in advance. Nobody discussed that with me before I agreed to the contract. When I contacted the billing department to contest the issue, they said if I don't pay the R409 for the next month, they will block my internet for that whole month, and I will still be expected to pay. If I refuse to pay for it they'll hand me over to their debt collection agency. When I tried to cancel my contract, they said they can't cancel my contract at the end of this month, they can only cancel at the end of next month, which keeps me eligible to pay for next month's bill even though the internet will be cut off.
