Mweb is making me look *********** as they are NOT doing as instructed.

Mweb is a terrible business to get hold of. I have been struggling since January to get them to change our company Representative to myself and especially mentioned IO need to access our company emails because the previous person in no longer allowed to access any company info. They eventually changed the details but I still cannot access the mailbox. I have spent 6 hours calling this company. I am currently holding for an 1hr45. They had me complete the incorrect form that covers the account only. It should have been change of ownership which has the mailbox listed as well. I am frustrated, my boss is on my case. They are making me look ***********. I don't know what to do. They don't have a walk-in facility. Everything is via phone call. I waited one day for 3hrs, then the call just dropped. Please help!

Hello Anthea. We can hear how pressured and frustrated you’re feeling, especially with the added stress of needing urgent access to your company mailbox. Spending hours on calls, completing forms, and still not having this resolved is incredibly disruptive, particularly when it affects your responsibilities at work.Thank you for explaining the situation so clearly. We have escalated your matter directly to our Change of Ownership team, as this process specifically includes updating mailbox access in addition to the account details.
They will review your profile and email you using your Gmail email address used on this review, with clear guidance on the next steps required to complete the change correctly and restore access as quickly as possible. We understand how important this is for your role and your business operations. Please be assured that this escalation is in motion, and the appropriate team will provide structured direction so this can be finalised properly. We appreciate your persistence in trying to get this sorted and remain committed to seeing it through to resolution.
