MWEB is letting me down

earlier this month I had app**** for WIFI with MWEB, to my surprise the rooter was delivered without any hassle. The lady called me and I told her to correct my house number for installation she then said she would call me in 5 minutes it is 2 weeks later and I haven't heard from them also I cant get a hold of them, So dissapointing
